Custom ERP Software Development

An ERP that fits your business, not the other way round.

When packaged ERP forces your team into someone else's process, we build one around yours. We've engineered our own ERP products for trading, construction and multi-company groups — custom builds start from the same proven foundations, so you're not paying to reinvent invoicing.

Sound familiar?

  • Sales, stock and accounts live in separate tools that never agree
  • Month-end reports take days of spreadsheet reconciliation
  • Packaged ERP needs so many workarounds that staff avoid it
  • Several companies or branches are managed in several systems

What it does

Typical modules.

An ERP built around your processes — sales, purchasing, stock, finance and people in one system. Every module is shaped to your workflow — these are the building blocks we usually start from.

  1. 01

    Sales & billing

Quotations, invoices, credit notes, collections and GST or VAT-ready documents.

  2. 02

    Purchasing

Purchase orders, partial receipts, supplier bills, payments and returns.

  3. 03

    Inventory

A stock ledger behind every quantity, with reorder levels and valuation.

  4. 04

    Finance & expenses

Expenses, payables, receivables and the reports finance actually uses.

  5. 05

    People & payroll

Employee records, attendance, leave and payroll where you need them.

  6. 06

    Multi-company & roles

Separate companies, branches and permissions in one secure system.

Where it fits.

  • Trading & distribution

Billing, stock, purchases and receivables for wholesalers and distributors.

  • Construction

Sites, labour, materials and contractor bills — the model behind BuildSync.

  • Multi-company groups

Several companies with separate data, branding and access, reported together.

  • Service businesses

Clients, service catalogues, invoicing and payroll without a stock module.

Business benefits

One version of the truth

Every document posts to the same records, so reports reconcile.

Your process, encoded

Approvals, numbering and documents follow your policy, not a vendor's default.

Own your roadmap

Add modules when you need them, without per-module licence surprises.

How we build it

From workflow to working software.

You see and try the system at every stage. Nothing goes live until your team is trained and your data is checked.

  1. Step 1

    Workflow discovery

We map how the work happens today — people, documents, approvals and the exceptions — and agree what the first release must do.

  2. Step 2

    Module plan

We decide which modules start from our ERP foundations and which are built new.

  3. Step 3

    Clickable prototype

Your team tries the key screens before we build them, so changes are cheap.

  4. Step 4

    Phased build

Core modules go live first; the rest follow in planned releases.

  5. Step 5

    Rollout & support

Data migration, role-based training, go-live support and ongoing improvements from the same team.

Built on proven foundations

We run this kind of software ourselves.

These are our own products. Custom builds reuse their foundations where it helps — or you can start from the product and extend it.

Common questions

Should we build a custom ERP or use one of your products?

If one of our ERP products already covers most of your workflow, configuring it is faster and more affordable. Custom development makes sense when your process is unique or you need to own the system outright — and the two can be combined.

How long does a custom ERP take?

It depends on the modules. We usually phase delivery so the core — often billing and stock — goes live first, with a timeline agreed in the proposal before work starts.

Can it handle GST and VAT?

Yes. Our ERP foundations support GST-ready invoicing for India and VAT invoicing for Oman and the GCC. Specific compliance needs are confirmed during discovery.

Can you migrate our existing data?

Yes. We import customers, suppliers, items and opening balances from spreadsheets or existing systems, and verify them with you before go-live.
