College & Education ERP Development

Run the whole institution from one system.

We build education software for colleges and training institutes — and we've built our own college ERP, EduServe, covering student services, certificates, academics, attendance, exams, fees and the library. Custom work extends it or builds new modules around your institution's rules.

Sound familiar?

  • Certificates and student requests move on paper between offices
  • Attendance and marks are compiled by hand at the end of term
  • Fee dues, concessions and receipts don't reconcile
  • Notices and timetables reach students late, if at all

What it does

Typical modules.

Student services, academics, attendance, exams, fees and approvals for colleges and training institutes. Every module is shaped to your workflow — these are the building blocks we usually start from.

  1. 01

    Student records

    Students, enrolments, programmes and semesters.

  2. 02

    Student services

Certificate and ID card requests with approval workflows and verification.

  3. 03

    Academics

Classes, subjects, timetables and the academic calendar.

  4. 04

    Attendance & exams

    Attendance, corrections, examinations and results.

  5. 05

    Fees

Fee desk, concessions, receipts and dues reports.

  6. 06

    Library & notices

    Circulation, fines, notices and announcements.

Where it fits.

  • Colleges

Degree and postgraduate colleges with many departments — the model behind EduServe.

  • Training institutes

Course batches, admissions, certificates and fee collection.

  • Multi-programme institutes

Several programmes with their own rules in one system.

Business benefits

Faster student services

Requests move through defined approval steps instead of desks.

Accurate academics

Attendance and marks recorded once and reported everywhere.

Transparent fees

Every receipt, concession and due in one ledger.

How we build it

From workflow to working software.

You see and try the system at every stage. Nothing goes live until your team is trained and your data is checked.

  1. Step 1

    Workflow discovery

We map how the work happens today — people, documents, approvals and the exceptions — and agree what the first release must do.

  2. Step 2

    Module selection

Start from EduServe's modules or build new ones; switch modules on as departments are ready.

  3. Step 3

    Clickable prototype

Your team tries the key screens before we build them, so changes are cheap.

  4. Step 4

    Rollout & support

Data migration, role-based training, go-live support and ongoing improvements from the same team.

What you can customise

  • Certificate types & templates
  • Approval workflows
  • Fee structures & concessions
  • Grading rules
  • Roles per department
  • Modules switched on or off

Technologies

Chosen per project from the stack we use in delivered work.

  • Next.js
  • TypeScript
  • Node.js
  • MySQL
  • QR verification
  • REST API

Built on proven foundations

We run this kind of software ourselves.

These are our own products. Custom builds reuse their foundations where it helps — or you can start from the product and extend it.

Common questions

Can we start with only some modules?

Yes. Modules can be switched on or off, so an institution can start with student services or fees and add academics later.

Can students verify certificates online?

In EduServe, every certificate carries a QR code and number that can be verified on a public page. The same approach can be built into a custom system.

Do you build college websites as well?

Yes. We've built websites for Government College Borda and Sea Scan Maritime Foundation, and can connect a website to the ERP for admissions and notices.
