Who we are

Create My Site is a digital engineering studio and software product company working from Goa and Belgaum, India. This notice explains how information is handled on this public website. For privacy questions, email info@createmysite.co.in or use our contact page.

Information you send us

Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address, what you're interested in, the type of project and a description. You may also choose to give a phone number, company name, budget range, timeline and — for demo requests — the product you'd like to see. When you submit, these details are emailed to our team through our email provider, and we send you a confirmation email.

We use this information to reply, discuss your requirements and manage the resulting business conversation. Please don't include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.

Analytics and advertising measurement

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and the Google Ads tag to measure the results of our advertising. These Google services use cookies and similar identifiers and receive information such as the pages you visit, your device and browser, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. Google explains how it uses this information at How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

We also use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to measure page views and site performance. Vercel describes these tools as working without cookies and without collecting identifying information.

We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors move through pages (heatmaps and session replays), so we can find and fix confusing parts of the site. Clarity masks text you type into forms and records interactions such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement. Microsoft explains how it handles this data in its privacy statement.

We also record which contact links (phone, email, WhatsApp) and site features (chat, project planner) are used, without the content of your messages, to understand how people prefer to get in touch.

You choose whether Google Analytics, Google Ads and Clarity may use cookies. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland they don't until you accept. You can change your choice at any time: Cookie settings.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, manage Google ad personalisation at My Ad Center, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.

Google AdSense

Our ads.txt file identifies our AdSense publisher account, but this version of the website does not load the AdSense advertising script. If we enable advertising, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites, and we will update this notice first. Things stored in your browser

To avoid replaying our short brand introduction, the site stores a single flag in your browser's session storage. It contains no personal information and is cleared when you close the tab. Your cookie choice is kept in local storage (as “granted” or “denied”) so we don't ask again on every visit.

Hosting and service providers

Our hosting and email providers process the information needed to deliver the website and your enquiries. Server logs may include your IP address, browser details, the page requested and the time of the request; we use them to operate the site and investigate errors or abuse. Links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn, client websites and other external services are governed by those services' own privacy policies.

Keeping and managing your information

Enquiry emails remain in our business email records while we handle the conversation and related administration. To ask about access, correction or deletion of information you sent us, email info@createmysite.co.in. We may need to confirm your identity first, and some information may need to be kept for an ongoing service or legal records.
