Blinxo – Online Grocery & Wholesale Vegetable Delivery Platform

The project

Blinxo is a full-featured e-commerce and wholesale supply platform developed for fresh grocery and vegetable delivery services in Goa. Built with Next.js and a scalable backend architecture, the platform serves both retail customers and B2B clients including restaurants, hotels, resorts, and cloud kitchens. Integrated with Razorpay for seamless payments and real-time order tracking, Blinxo focuses on freshness, reliability, and timely delivery. The platform features scheduled delivery slots, bulk ordering capabilities for wholesale customers, and a 2-hour issue resolution guarantee for damaged or incorrect products.

The challenge

Building a platform that seamlessly handles both retail and wholesale orders while ensuring fresh produce delivery within scheduled time slots. Managing the complexity of different pricing tiers for B2B customers and maintaining trust with a 2-hour issue resolution guarantee required robust order management and real-time communication systems.
